Information we collect
This website does not store enquiries in a database. When you complete the enquiry form, the details you type are used only to compose a message in WhatsApp or your email application, which you then choose to send. That may include your name, business name, email address, contact number, the service you are interested in and your project details.
How we use it
We use the information you send to reply to your enquiry, discuss your requirements and provide a proposal. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Sharing and third parties
Messages you send reach us through WhatsApp or email, so those providers process your message under their own terms and privacy policies. Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of that request.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to respond and, where a project follows, for the duration of our working relationship and normal business record-keeping.
Your rights
Under EU and Maltese data protection law you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Contact us using the details above and we will respond.
